Billing Time
The time of day you'll charge your customers for their subscriptions and generate orders. Note: this will be when your billing period begins, but some customers will be billed slightly after this time. Updates to existing billing times will not take effect until each customer's next billing cycle.

The number of times app should retry a customer’s failed payment
The amount of time Smartrr should wait after a failed payment attempt before retrying
The number of failed payment attempts before the subscription is auto-canceled
